Yangaro Spa Club – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • The Indulge Together Spa Club package is $365 per person.

  • A minimum of 4 guests is required per booking, with a maximum of 8 guests.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Prices are per person and inclusive of GST.

Group Size

  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your booking.

  • If fewer than 4 guests attend, the minimum charge (4 guests) will still apply.

Available Dates

  • Current available dates are: Tuesday 11th Nov, Thursday 13th Nov, Thursday 20th Nov, Tuesday 2nd Dec, Thursday 4th Dec, Tuesday 9th Dec.

  • If these dates do not suit, please enquire with our team to discuss alternative availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event Yangaro needs to cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Spa & Wellness Facilities

  • Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

  • Swimwear is required for use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.

  • Our team will provide robes, towels, and amenities for use during your experience.

  • Please advise of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy at the time of booking so treatments can be tailored appropriately.

Add-Ons

  • Grazing platters and bubbles must be pre-booked and are non-refundable once ordered.

  • Spa upgrades are subject to availability and must be requested prior to your visit.

Conduct

  • Yangaro is a non-smoking and strictly no-pet property.

  • Guests are expected to treat facilities and staff with respect. Management reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour is deemed inappropriate..
