Our 8 onsite villas comfortably host up to 68 guests. For celebrations up to 150 guests, our Luxe Love package can accommodate your full ceremony and reception, with our team happy to suggest nearby off-site accommodation options for additional guests.

A 20% initial deposit secures your date, followed by 30% due 90 days prior and the final 50% due 30 days before check-in.

Wet weather is considered as part of the planning for every Yangaro wedding. Your ceremony wet-weather plan will be determined based on your guest numbers, event layout and overall wedding configuration, with suitable covered or indoor alternatives discussed during the planning process.
For larger marquee weddings, wet-weather considerations are incorporated into the marquee, site and supplier planning from the outset, ensuring an appropriate contingency is in place should conditions change.
Our team will work closely with you and your suppliers in the lead-up to your wedding to determine the most suitable plan, allowing your celebration to transition as seamlessly as possible should wet weather arise.

To respect the peaceful nature of the estate, formal receptions and amplified entertainment conclude by 11:00pm Monday–Saturday. Last drinks are called from 10:15pm, with bar service concluding at 10:45pm and all non-resident guests required to depart the estate by 11:30pm.
Guests staying at Yangaro may return to their villas following the reception; however, celebrations cannot continue within event areas after the curfew.
Sunday events conclude by 10:00pm, with specific operating times confirmed as part of your event planning.

Yes. Yangaro offers flexibility to create a dining and beverage experience that reflects your celebration.
We have a curated Preferred Catering Panel of trusted local caterers experienced in delivering weddings and events at Yangaro. Should you wish to engage a caterer outside our preferred panel, this is possible with prior approval and a $500 stand-aside fee.
Yangaro also permits BYO beverages, giving you the freedom to select and purchase your preferred wines, beers and spirits. All beverage service must be professionally managed by RSA-certified bar staff, with appropriate bar infrastructure, refrigeration, ice and glassware arranged for your event.
Our team will work with you and your chosen caterer or bar provider during the planning process to ensure catering, beverage service and event operations come together seamlessly.
