Exterior Property Maintenance Detailer

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Exterior Property Maintenance Detailer to help keep our luxury villa estate at Funnel Bay looking its best for every guest arrival.

About the Role

As our Exterior Property Maintenance Detailer, you will take pride in the presentation of Yangaro's villas, Clubhouse and outdoor spaces. Working closely with our cleaning, maintenance and gardening teams, you will keep decks, porches, pools, windows and pathways spotless and well cared for. You will be employed by Funnel Bay Services, which provides maintenance services to Yangaro and surrounding properties at Funnel Bay, and will report primarily to our Cleaning Manager, with secondary direction from our Maintenance Manager.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys seeing the results of their work and understands that, in a boutique luxury setting, the small details make the difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean the exteriors of villa and Clubhouse windows and external polished metals

  • Clean entrance porches, rear decks, entry mats, gazebos and BBQs

  • Clean pool glass, pool surrounds and the Clubhouse thermal therapies area

  • Pressure wash driveways and pedestrian paths

  • Prepare outdoor furniture for guest arrivals and protect it after departures

  • Carry out light painting to restore sun-affected external timber

  • Keep your managers updated on completed and upcoming tasks, and record your hours and daily work

  • Work safely at all times, identifying risks and taking steps to protect yourself, guests and colleagues

Essential Requirements

  • A safety-first approach to all work, including use of pressure washers and cleaning chemicals

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality presentation

  • Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in a tropical climate

  • Discreet, courteous manner when working around guests and residents

  • Reliable communication skills, including via phone, email and WhatsApp

  • Current driver's licence and own transport to reach Funnel Bay is preferrable

What We Offer

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:06pm (38 hours per week)

Spa Therapist

Position Type: Subcontractor

Spa Yangaro is seeking an experienced and professional Spa Therapist Subcontractor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, takes pride in their presentation, and provides warm, professional service to every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of spa and massage treatments to a high professional standard

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for clients

  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism

  • Follow Spa Yangaro treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards

  • Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organised environment

  • Communicate professionally with clients and the Spa Yangaro team

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Massage and Beauty (minimum)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar spa, massage or beauty role

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • High standard of personal presentation and professionalism

  • Passion for wellness, beauty and client care

  • Must hold a current ABN

  • Must have appropriate business/public liability insurance
