Booking Terms & Conditions –
Yangaro x Laura Sharrad Foodie Retreat 6-9 DEC 2025

1. Event & Ticket Inclusions
Your ticket includes 3 nights luxury villa accommodation at Yangaro, all meals and beverages as outlined in the itinerary, scheduled retreat activities, and return airport transfers. Optional experiences (e.g. Great Barrier Reef/Whitehaven Beach tour, wellness treatments) are available at additional cost.

2. Room Allocation
Rooms are limited and allocated in order of booking. Guests may choose private occupancy or shared accommodation. If selecting a shared option without a nominated guest, Yangaro will pair you with another guest of the same gender where possible.

3. Payment
Tickets must be purchased in full at the time of booking to secure your place. All sales are final and subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

4. Cancellations by Guest

  • More than 90 days before the event: 75% of the total ticket price refunded; 25% retained as a cancellation fee.

  • 60–90 days before the event: 50% of the total ticket price refunded.

  • 30–59 days before the event: 25% of the total ticket price refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund; however, your ticket may be transferred to another guest by notifying Yangaro in writing at least 10 days prior to the event start date.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations by Yangaro
In the unlikely event Yangaro must cancel or reschedule, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to the rescheduled dates. Yangaro is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests (e.g., flights, insurance).

6. Travel Insurance
All guests are strongly advised to hold valid travel insurance that covers accommodation, activities, and medical emergencies.

7. Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for advising Yangaro of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Participation in activities is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure
Yangaro is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
