Yangaro Reset Session — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Yangaro Reset Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

All bookings are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the session.
In the event that Yangaro is required to cancel or reschedule the session, guests will be offered a transfer to a future date or a full refund.

Yangaro reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, inclusions or facilitator where necessary.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including weather or operational requirements), the session may be modified to ensure guest safety and experience quality.

Guests are required to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the session start time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the session has commenced, to ensure the experience is not disrupted.
The session is designed to be suitable for all levels; however, guests participate at their own discretion.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are physically and medically fit to participate in gentle movement, yoga and wellness activities.
You agree to inform Yangaro of any injuries, medical conditions or limitations prior to the session.
Participation in thermal therapies (including sauna, steam room and cold plunge) is optional and undertaken at your own risk.
Yangaro and its facilitators are not liable for any injury, illness or adverse effects resulting from participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yangaro is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained during the session.
Guests agree to release Yangaro, its staff and facilitators from any liability arising from participation in the experience.

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards staff and other participants.
Yangaro reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

Yangaro may capture photography or video content during the session for marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included in this content unless you notify us in writing prior to the session.

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and enhancing your experience.
Yangaro will not share your information with third parties without consent.

Yangaro will not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
